To support these functions, we currently operate two web-based applications designed to streamline and centralise key business processes. The first is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system used for managing client interactions, queries, and communication history. The second is a Serial Tracking system developed for monitoring hardware and asset serial numbers throughout their lifecycle, ensuring accurate tracking and accountability at all times.
CRM (Client Relations Management)
At Crescent Business Solutions, we have developed a detailed CRM system designed in compliance with South Africa’s POPIA requirements. The system allows businesses to efficiently track and manage client queries across multiple communication channels, while monitoring different resolution statuses from initial logging through to final resolution.
The CRM platform is designed to operate with only the minimum required client information, assisting organisations in maintaining responsible data management practices while still ensuring effective customer service delivery.
In addition, the system can generate comprehensive reports and analytics that may be provided to management teams for operational oversight, performance monitoring, and decision-making purposes, or shared with clients where reporting and transparency are required.
Serial Tracking
Our detailed serial tracking system enables businesses to accurately monitor the full lifecycle of stock and equipment. From the moment items are received from suppliers, through delivery and final installation, every movement can be tracked and recorded within the system. This ensures complete visibility and accountability across your operations.
The system further allows you to verify whether supplier orders were fully received, helping to identify shortages, discrepancies, or missing stock before they become operational issues. By maintaining accurate records of inventory movement and installation locations, businesses can improve stock control, reduce losses, and streamline operational efficiency.
